You agree not to change the website JavaScript counter code. 5. Users acknowledge and agree that their website information may be utilized by us. We will not however sell your email address, deliver advertising to the visitors of your site or attempt to contact visitors to your site. 6. You agree to use our services at your own risk. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your violation of this agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation shall survive any termination of this agreement. Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the services. 11. Once a yearly Website Stats subscription payment is made it is final, there will be no refunds unless our service is unavailable for more than 60 consecutive days during your yearly subscription membership. 13. We own the data regarding visitors to your website that we collect. We will use the data in compliance with our privacy policy. 14. You only upload photos that you have license or copyright to use and as a result you issue www.supermodel.net.au a non-expiring license for this website to display those photos to clients and allow the download of those photos on computers used by visitors to this website through the world wide web. 15. That ownership of www.supermodel.net.au is soley owned and operated by Estelle Asmodelle and managed by www.supermodel.com.au and it's holding company Website-Designer.net, namely E Entertainment Films Pty. Ltd. 16. All copyright is held by www.supermodel.net.au and the owners as set out in clause 15. ALL THOSE WHO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL GAIN ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.
